    That's a customer quote! It's my goal to serve the best possible food in generous portions at the best price. This takes talent, work and commitment.

    Start with Khun A, my partner and Manager. She's tri-lingual (English, French and Thai), a University graduate and has twenty years of Bangkok restaurant/hotel experience. She oversees every aspect of your dining experience. She is the "queen of off-menu" so if nothing catches your fancy she will get you something that does.

    Pah, our chef has worked in some of Bangkok's best restaurants and has no problem with the New York Times cookbook.

    Our staff retention since opening is over 80%. They are comfortable with foreigners, competent in English and have the "service mind" Khun A uses as a foundation of her management philosophy. In return, we offer a vacation and bonus plan which is rare in the Thai hospitality sector.

    Me? I am the customer representative, the on-site critic. My job is to keep things as we would like them. I bring decades of New York City restaurant customer experience to bear on my vocation.
